IIM Jammu and Bodhgaya to Accept JIPMAT for IPM Admission
What is JIPMAT?
The exam is officially known as the Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test, or JIPMAT. For those seeking admission to the 5-Year Integrated Program in Management at IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu with a dual degree of BBA + MBA, there is a national level entrance exam. The JIPMAT exam results from 2023 will be used to determine admission for the academic year 2023–2024. The National Testing Agency will conduct JIPMAT 2023 as a computer-based test (NTA). At both IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu, a single common admission test is given. Because it will lead to undergraduate admission, the class 12 curriculum serves as the benchmark for the BBA JIPMAT entrance exam.
Colleges Accepting JIPMAT 2023
The 5-year dual-degree IPM programme at IIM Bodhgaya and IIM Jammu will accept JIPMAT 2023 scores for admission. These IIMs offer a BBA+MBA degree through IPM. The 5 Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) has been made available by IIM Bodhgaya and IIM Jammu beginning with the academic year 2021–2022 for students who have completed class XII.
Students who successfully complete the IPM programme will receive a dual degree in BBA + MBA. The BBA JIPMAT 2023 exam, administered by NTA, is required for admission to the IIM BG and IIMJ IPM Five Year Integrated Programme in Management.
IIM Bodhgaya and IIM Jammu’s third batch is the IPM 2023-28.Over a two-and-a-half-hour period, from 3 PM to 5.30 PM, the BBA JIPMAT 2023 exam will be given in 78 cities across India. In July or August 2023, classes for the five-year IPM programme 2023–28 begin.

Process and fees for IPM admission at IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu
Students who paid the EoI fee before September 07 will receive WL numbers by September 09, 2021, after the second JIPMAT cut off list is released (7 pm). Students who have paid the EoI fee but do not ultimately receive an admissions offer will receive a Rs 10,000 refund.

IIM Jammu IPM fee: For the first three years of the IPM, the annual course fee for residents of India will be Rs. 4,85,000. The fourth and fifth years’ course fees would be in line with the going rate for MBAs. The course fee covers admission to lectures, internet access, library use, tuition, and dorm expenses.
IIM Bodh Gaya IPM fee: The first three years of the IPM course at IIM Bodh Gaya would cost Rs 4.5 lakhs per year, including the cost of the hostel. The estimated annual tuition for the fourth and fifth years would be Rs 7.5 lakhs (approximately equivalent PGP fee for batch 2024-26).
JIPMAT Eligibility Criteria 2023
The requirements for IIM Bodhgaya and IIM Jammu’s admission to IPM 2023 are the same as those for JIPMAT. If candidates want to be considered for IPM admission at IIM Bodhgaya and IIM Jammu, they must register and submit an application for JIPMAT 2023.. JIPMAT Requirements for Eligibility:
- Qualification & Score: Minimum 60% in class X/SSC, class XII/HSC, or equivalent examinations, with a minimum of 55% for candidates in the SC, ST, or PWD categories. The applicant must have attended classes in grades 10 and 12 between 2021 and 2022.
- Students Enrolling in Class 12: Students who are anticipated to complete Standard XII/HSC or an equivalent in 2023 may also apply, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.
- Reservation: After fulfilling the minimal eligibility requirements, reservation will be applicable in accordance with GOI regulations.
- Percentage of marks overall: According to the Board’s regulations, the percentage of marks earned by the candidate in grades X and XII would be based on the total scores earned in every subject that is listed on the mark/grade sheet. The aggregate marks of all subjects listed on the grade sheet should be taken into account when determining the passing percentage if the relevant board has no regulations regarding aggregate marks.
JIPMAT 2023 Exam Pattern
- Medium of Question Paper: The only language used for the question paper will be English.
- JIPMAT 2023 Test Duration: 02:30 hours (150 minutes)
- Sectional Time Limit: No sectional time limit applies to JIPMAT 2023. During the allotted 2.5 hour period, you may attempt any question from any section.
- Mode of JIPMAT Examination 2023: At test centres, the exam will be administered using a computer-based test (CBT).
- JIPMAT 2023 Pattern: The JIPMAT test paper consists of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs)
